How amazing does this look?! You will love this protein packed recipe my sister and I created! I’ve had so much fun this year growing a garden and picking fresh fruit here on the Island. Blackberries grow wild here, so this ice cream is totally fresh and in season! Did I mention its jammed packed with protein and nutrients?! Score!
- 355ml of 2% cottage cheese (basically half of a large container)
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup (or any sweetener of your choice!)
- 1 cup of blackberries!
Blend it all up in a blender or food processor, then freeze over night! One batch makes 4 servings.
